1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Eatventure app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.

2. End User License Agreement (EULA)

These Terms of Service also serve as the End User License Agreement (EULA) for Eatventure. By downloading, installing, or using Eatventure, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. If you obtained Eatventure through Apple's App Store, the Apple Standard EULA also applies.

3. AI-Generated Recommendations

This app includes features powered by artificial intelligence (AI), such as restaurant recommendations and language translations. These recommendations are intended for general informational purposes and should not be considered professional advice. We cannot guarantee the safety, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated suggestions or translations, particularly concerning food allergies, dietary restrictions, or personal health conditions. Users are solely responsible for verifying any information provided by AI features. By using the app, you acknowledge that under no circumstances shall Eatventure or its developers be held liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from the use or misuse of AI-generated content, including but not limited to inaccurate recommendations, mistranslations, or decisions made based on such outputs.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Eatventure offers in-app purchases, including non-renewing subscriptions. These purchases grant access to specific features for a limited period. Non-renewing subscriptions must be manually repurchased once the period expires.

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store, and we do not handle payment processing directly. Apple's policies regarding refunds, cancellations, and billing apply.

5. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eatventure disclaims any liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of the app, including but not limited to food-related health issues or dissatisfaction with AI-generated recommendations.

We provide the app and its content "as-is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any part of the app at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the app.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in harmful or unlawful activities.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
