他家叫“黄埔夜市鱼头炉”，只做晚班。烟火气直熏眼睛，但是真的火炭炉子啊！旧旧的、黑黑的、坑坑洼洼的炉子

打完两小时羽毛球，最需要的不是奶茶，是一碗牛肉面🍜
两小时运动后身体诚实地提醒我：该吃些汤汤水水的了，于是来了一碗牛杂牛肉面
汤头是清澈的，不走浓油赤酱路线。牛肉和牛杂炖得很软烂，入口没什么负担，反而是黄面让我有点惊喜，原本以为米粉会更搭，没想到黄面的口感更Q，吸着汤汁吃很舒服
芹菜带来一点清香，豆芽则负责爽脆，刚好把这一碗的口感拉开
价格也很有意思：6、7、8块三种size。我猜区别主要在肉的多少，跟面的关系倒不算太大，所以如果是运动完来吃，想多补点蛋白质，直接往上选应该没错😂
一碗下肚，色色一一。所谓的运动后恢复，不一定要多精致，热腾腾的牛肉牛杂面就很可以

没有网红装修，没有排队打卡，却是很多本地咖啡店面包的幕后供应商。前店后厂，刚出炉的时候，整条街都是麦香味
我每次来都会纠结：
🥖 小麦面包，松软弹性足
🌾 全麦面包，越嚼越香
🥐 还有各种花式小面包，奶香、黄油香扑鼻，价格却很接地气
这里的面包，没有花里胡哨的馅料，也没有夸张的造型，吃的就是面粉发酵后的香气，越简单，越耐吃
最让我喜欢的是，它一直保留着老面包房的感觉。看着师傅在后面忙着烘烤，前面陆续有人来买第二天早餐，真正好吃的东西，不需要营销，靠的是几十年如一日的品质
现在这种经济实惠、又保留古早味的面包房，真的越来越少了
如果你也喜欢小时候那种一打开纸袋就满是面包香的感觉，这家值得专程去一次🍞

有时候真的不用特地跑远。家楼下食阁这碗叻沙，直接把我香到坐下第一口就不讲话了
蛤、炸鱼、鱼饼是标配，配料没有“意思意思”，是真的给得有诚意。尤其炸鱼，很大只，吸了汤之后外层还保留一点脆，越吃越上头
重点是叻沙汤底，浓稠到像在喝海鲜精华，虾米香很重，但不会死咸，微微甜，椰浆味也压得刚刚好。是热辣带一点海味回甘的感觉，真的很像新加坡人下雨天会自动想念的味道
最近发现成年人最大的幸福之一，可能就是家楼下有一碗靠谱的叻沙了😄

最离谱的是，它通常凉了都还好吃。配白饭可以，配啤酒可以，半夜偷吃也可以
有时候甚至会出现这种情况：本来只想买两只，结果看到老板夹子夹起来的吱吱摩擦声

这家美之路鱼头米粉，排队的人一直没断
我经常点的是鱼头幼米粉 + 牛奶汤，汤底奶白奶白，不厚重，却很鲜，不是味精冲出来是鱼汤熬久了带一点自然奶香的鲜。喝起来顺口，越喝越暖胃
鱼头先过油锅，端上来香气很明显。外层带着一点炸过的香脆感，泡进汤里又吸满汤汁，特别妙
最让我意外的是鱼肉。原本以为炸过会偏柴，结果完全没有。肉质嫩嫩的，轻轻一拨就散开，鱼香还在，口感温柔
幼米粉也很加分，细细滑滑，特别会挂汤。配上小辣椒酱油一起吃，鲜里带一点辣，直接把味道提起来
结论：
