Brisket was tender but lacked favour.
Bar snack items were good and all made when ordered.
Def not child friendly. It did not have children friendly or even plastic forks. Which I was surprised by.
And I asked for ketchup and mayo as a side dipping sauce which the server said they did not have any.
Not likely to return.”

“Food was delicious and well-prepared. We got a few sides - cabbage (must-try!), lady’s finger, and potato and all were delicious!
As for the mains, the brisket was amazing, regardless of the cut you get. The ribs tasted a bit weird for my own personal liking but it was still very tender. One real downside was that the dining area had a pretty strong cigarette/ smoke smell. But that aside, staff was really friendly and helpful :)”

“What a great find while walking along Horne road. Attractive shop front with nice alfresco seatings and attractive interior design. Loved the tap beers and the smoked meats and selection. Belinjo crackers were the perfect beer snack/aperitivo. It’s funny cuz the previous outlet was nearer to our hood in joo Chiat but never checked it out. Kudos to the team and Ravi for being a great host. Really appreciated not only the design, layout, but the little touches that we learnt was all fine in house by the owner. Súper cool and we will definitely be back. Wishing so much success to this new outlet! 🤘🏼

Great craft beers on tab, wine offerings on the way soon
I suspect their menu is also not fully implemented too
But the sides were great. Except the dirty rice could use a tad more seasoning
The brisket was very tender but firm to the bite and goes superbly with the curry they gave. But the pickling juice from the pickled cucumber wasn’t drained off properly so it was seeping into the brisket slices which negates the smoky flavours of the meat which was a shame. The smoked crispy pork belly is damn shiokadoodas with their yuzu sauce and pistachio crumble
But we will definitely be back as they probably bring back more of the old items”
