She recommended the traditional Lanzhou-style noodles, and my husband said it was the best noodle dish he has ever had! Throughout our meal, Kola kept a sweet smile and made us feel so welcome. Upon arrival, my concerns vanished after my first encounter with the reception staff, and I placed my order with high expectations and enjoyed the meal. 82012 KELLY took my order and served the food and drinks. 17243 KITTY also checked on my satisfaction during the meal and asked how I was doing. The eggplant fries were excellent. Even better was the staff’s service. For a hotel restaurant, you have certain expectations, and if the service falls short, it’s disappointing. However, their service was appropriately tailored to the situation and executed at a level befitting a 5-star hotel restaurant. Excessive service can sometimes make customers uncomfortable, but they demonstrated the ability to adjust accordingly. It was a service that made customers feel at ease while showing genuine care. The three staff members, including the reception staff whose name I can’t recall, performed perfectly. I definitely intend to revisit, and it even makes me think I might come to Macau just to visit Northern Pavilion. Isn’t this Michelin-worthy?”

“Pretty cool experience with a different take on Chinese food. Hands down the best dish was the fried eggplant. Crispy, fluffy like a cloud, but still tasted like Chinese eggplant. I didn’t like their take on Beijing duck but their banana cotton candy was a cool dessert presentation. Overall, will come here again.”
