“Had an exceptional dining experience at Jade Dragon inside City of Dreams Macau. From the moment we arrived, the entire experience felt incredibly refined, elegant, and thoughtfully executed.
The restaurant offers a very sophisticated interpretation of Cantonese fine dining, using premium ingredients with impressive precision and balance. Standout dishes included the Gillardeau oyster, Kegani crab dumpling, cordyceps soup with sea conch, South African abalone, and the lychee wood roasted goose. Every course was beautifully presented while still feeling focused on flavor rather than unnecessary complexity.
The atmosphere was calm, intimate, and luxurious, with excellent attention to detail throughout the dining room. Service was also outstanding, professional, attentive, and very polished without ever feeling overwhelming.
Easily one of the best Cantonese fine dining experiences I’ve had in Macau and absolutely deserving of its reputation.”

“You don't usually come across a Michelin 3-star Chinese restaurant. Here in Macau, we have the best of the best at City of Dreams. We had one dinner and one dim sum during our stay, and they were worth every penny.
The presentation and taste were impeccable, the Chef delivered what culinary Arts means. The service staff, from the manager, Kevin and Jenny, to the staff, Elaine, Gigi and Sam, all did their best to ensure our expectations were met. In fact, they exceeded our expectations. My family and friends were so happy and satisfied to be there.
For those who haven't tried Jade Dragon's wholesome menu, make sure you book a table early before you visit Macau, you will have unforgettable memories when you leave.”

“👉🏻 Appetizer Trio: Lychee wood-smoked Iberico pork collar delivers aromatic depth. Canadian caviar with foie gras paste surprises with fermented bean curd-like umami. Deep-fried Gillardeau oyster boasts a flawless crispy shell around a juicy core. Pro tip: Savor the oyster first, then the char siu for balanced flavors.
👉🏻 Soups (two varieties, pls see receipt): Elegantly balanced and comforting, though they stop just shy of extraordinary.
👉🏻 Japanese Scallop with Asparagus: Succulent scallop shines; asparagus adds perfect crunch and freshness.
👉🏻 Braised Wagyu Sweetbread with Black Moss: Ultra-tender, evoking pure collagen melt-in-mouth texture—sauce is solid but not standout.
👉🏻 Pea Shoots with Crispy Fish Squares: Vibrantly sweet pea shoots steal the show; the fried fish is merely average.
👉🏻 Dessert Medley: Pistachio nougat, red bean jelly, vanilla-seed cream over tart base—pleasant but unmemorable. The milk tea ice cream on a tea leaf bed in its pot brings refreshing brightness; scone could use more crunch.
A symphony of precision and heritage, with peaks of brilliance. Worth the hype for fine-dining aficionados.
P.s.: Secure your spot with a MOP 800 deposit. Book half a month ahead for dinner; at least a week for lunch.”

“This was our very first experience at a 3-star Michelin restaurant in Asia, and it absolutely lived up to the hype! The service was fantastic, and every dish was incredibly flavorful. Two major standouts for us were the beautifully curated appetizer set and the chef’s recommended fried rice, which was executed perfectly. An unforgettable dining experience from start to finish.”

“Jade Dragon Macao - An Exquisite Culinary Experience
I had an exceptional lunch at Jade Dragon Macao, where we reserved one of their stunning private dining rooms. The room was beautifully decorated with luxurious touches and comfortably accommodated our group of six people. It created the perfect intimate setting for our gathering.
From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their attentiveness, professionalism, and genuinely warm service – they were truly service-minded, making us feel welcomed and well cared for throughout the meal.
The dim sum was simply amazing, with each piece crafted to perfection – delicate, flavorful, and presented with artistry. We also ordered several à la carte dishes, which were equally outstanding. The shark fin soup was a highlight: refined, balanced, and harmoniously flavorful, leaving a lasting impression.
Every dish we tried reflected exceptional culinary skill and premium ingredients, from luxurious touches like caviar and truffle to the perfectly roasted meats.
Jade Dragon is a top-tier Cantonese dining experience in Macao, whether for a special occasion or simply to indulge in world-class dim sum and Chinese fine dining.”
